Lychee, Mango & Chicken Salad

    Apple Cider Vinaigrette

    3 tbsp Olive Oil

    2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

    1 tsp Honey
    1/4 tsp Dijon Mustard
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1 pinch Black Pepper, Grounded


    1 Chicken Breast, Sliced
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper, Grounded
    1/4 tsp Paprika
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1/4 pack Jungle Fruits Dried Mango
    1/4 pack Jungle Fruits Dried Lychee
    2 cups (80g) House Salad
    2 tbsp Unsalted Walnut Chopped



      1. Add apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper together in a bowl to create apple cider vinaigrette and then set aside.
      2. Grab the salt, pepper, and paprika and season your chicken well!
      3. Add the olive oil to a pan and put on medium heat. When it starts to shimmer add the chicken and cook until all sides are brown
      4. Grab a large bowl and add the house salad, dried lychee, dried mango, walnuts and chicken and then dress with the vinaigrette
